| xCalibur Web, Inc. was founded in September of 2004 and is
currently headquartered in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We are privately held but in the
process of going public. Our entire purpose is to provide you with the tools and resources
to help your web site succeed, we understand that we cannot succeed unless you do! |

| We don't spare any costs when it comes to our hardware, we
utilize all custom Dell PowerEdge Servers, not low cost out-of-the-box after-market
machines. We invest heavily into our hardware to insure our servers don't fail when you
need them most. All servers are equipped with dual Intel Xeon processors, 4 GB of DDR2
memory, redundant power supplies and dual Gigabit network adapters. |

| We operate out of the Equinix IBX data center
located in Chicago, Illinois and utilize connections from multiple premium global Tier 1
and Tier 2 providers. This allows us to deploy optimum stability, security and redundancy,
our ultra-high speed network is designed for pure performance! |
